A green school in each community a living symbol of how to put America to work, improve the health of our children and teachers and our economy to a clean energy future. Modernisation of the school creates jobs for construction workers and demand for energy efficiency in the factories of American products.
"The jobs and the industry of today and tomorrow must make in America". Today, investment and employment created by them, should remain on the United States. Therefore, we must continuously progressive commitment to clean energy policy that complements the American jobs Bill, as indicated in our Jobs21! Plan.
