Sources of Conflict
Conflict is derived from frustration and aggression. We are concerned with disputes involving people who aggressively interaction observed to achieve their goals, often at the expense of others. The causes of the conflict can be found in people, things or conditions. It is important to detect and correct as possible, the underlying causes of conflicts, because sometimes they are not what they seem on the surface. For example, some disputes between individuals diagnosed hastily as mere personality conflicts, while in reality cause major structural factors.
