HDB launches 7 BTO projects offering 3600 new flats

To provide the Board of Housing and Development (HDB) launched in September, build-to-Order (BTO) projects, a new 3600 lows.

BTO, the launch was originally held in June and July at the launch on Thursday, so that buyers more ways to combine the level of accommodation.

 

These are 3600 new apartments in various cities, Sengkang, Punggol, Tampines, Jurong West, Yishun and (two OTB) Bukit Panjang away.

Most homes are four and five bedrooms.

The price of the four-bedroom units starting at S $ 217,000 and five bedrooms ranging from $ 274 S 000th

At least 95 percent of the food supply (except studio apartments) will go to the homes of first timers.
